🧠 My AI Memory

Cortex remembers small, durable facts about how you work — VIP senders, recurring projects, phrases you prefer, drafts you keep editing the same way. These notes are added quietly over time and quietly used to make summaries, drafts and task extraction more like you. Only you can see your memory.

🧹 My AI Skills

Skills are the AI prompts Cortex uses behind the scenes — for summaries, draft replies, task extraction, voicemail clean-up, and Job Pack generation. You can view what each skill looks like, customise it to fit how you work, preview it before saving, and reset back to the system default at any time. Variables like {{userMemory}} or {{emailContent}} are filled in automatically at runtime.

Skills personalisation is currently disabled site-wide. An administrator has enabled SKILLS_FORCE_SYSTEM — your overrides are kept but ignored until this is turned off.

📚 Quick Start Guide ▼
Welcome to SRG Cortex
Your AI email assistant that summarises emails, drafts replies, extracts tasks, and checks your calendar — all automatically.
📈 Dashboard
Your home screen shows a summary of recent emails, calendar events, and quick stats. Cortex runs automatically at your scheduled times (default: 8am, 12pm, 4pm). Hit Refresh anytime for an instant update.
📥 Inbox Triage
Open the Inbox Triage tab to see all recent emails sorted by priority. Emails in the same conversation are grouped together — click to expand the thread. Use the filter tabs (Urgent, Follow-up, Delegate, FYI) to focus on what matters.
✉ Replying to Emails
Draft Reply — Click on any email, then hit “Draft Reply” to have Cortex write a suggested response.
Edit & Send — Opens a rich text editor where you can tweak the draft. Use the Reply / Reply All toggle to choose recipients before sending.
AI my Meeting — For meeting requests and complex emails, Cortex analyses the full context, checks your calendar, and suggests a detailed response plus recommended actions.
✅ Tasks
The Tasks tab has two sections: My Tasks (ones you create yourself) and Cortex Recommended (extracted from your emails by clicking “Extract Action Items” on a summary). Tasks can be synced to your Outlook.
📅 Calendar
Shows your upcoming meetings including attendees, meeting links, and any conflicts. Cortex uses this to draft smart meeting responses when enabled.
💬 Replies Tab
All your AI-generated draft replies are stored here. You can review, edit, and send them at any time. Click “Refresh Replies” to regenerate drafts with your latest settings.
🔔 Notifications
The bell icon shows alerts for upcoming meetings (15-minute warning) and new summaries. Enable browser notifications to get alerts even when the tab is in the background.

• Try “Learn My Style” to auto-generate instructions from your sent emails

🧠 AI Memory

When on, Cortex keeps a small, capped per-user memory (durable facts, preferences, patterns) and uses it to personalise summaries, drafts, and task extraction. You can view, edit, or clear what's remembered in the My AI Memory tab.

Off = no memory is read or written for your account. Existing entries are kept but ignored until re-enabled.
